Project Manager -Good JP (N2+)

• Work with clients to identify and clarify technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and participate in the consulting phase to propose solution designs for clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and project estimations.
• Define the consulting and project implementation strategy; manage and lead the project to successful delivery.
• Perform full Project Manager responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the project budget and overall financial health.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Business Analyst for end-user clients.
• Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2+ or equivalent.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and processes in end-user/client-facing projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development projects.
• PMP/PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
• Domain knowledge in accounting and e-commerce, or warehouse management/logistics/manufacturing.
• Experience managing large-scale projects (50–100+ people) with scope covering R&D to AMS.
