• Act as a bridge between the subsidiary in Vietnam and the parent company in Japan.
• Join the company’s web application development team.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining products.
• Receive requests from the parent company, analyze them, and communicate requirements to developers in Vietnam.
• Support developers in implementing features and verify whether the developed functions meet customer requirements.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve product quality.
• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, able to communicate effectively.
• At least 2 years of experience in a BA/BrSE or equivalent position.
• Strong skills in teamwork, analysis, design, communication, and presentation in Japanese.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with a positive work attitude.
• Proficient in UML tools, design, and modeling.
• Experience in finance-related or card system projects.
• Solid foundation in object-oriented design (OOD) and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Experience with Java EE, Object Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks, Java Server Pages (JSP).
• Experience with frameworks such as Struts, Spring, and/or Hibernate; RESTful programming; Java Batch.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS; experience working with XML processes like XSD, XSL, etc.
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Familiar with databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and NoSQL.
• 100% of team members are proficient in Japanese. All project materials, templates, and reports are in Japanese. The project team (PM, BRSE, BA, DEV, Test) operates without a separate Japanese support team, providing the best environment to improve Japanese skills while gaining hands-on experience in Japanese software development projects.
• Confidently communicate directly with clients in Japanese.
• Participate in the system consulting process from the beginning, allowing BA members to fully utilize their skills in proposing ideas.
• Receive training and hands-on experience in design documentation, quality reporting, and standard Japanese development processes.
• Opportunities to improve management, leadership, BRSE, and negotiation skills with clients and their partners.
