Project Overview: FPT Software is currently developing and maintaining a Third-Party Administration (TPA) project for a Singaporean client. We are looking for a Senior Manual Test Leader to lead the testing efforts for our TPA system's ongoing maintenance. In this role, you will ensure that system updates and changes are seamlessly integrated, maintaining the platform's reliability, performance, and accuracy. You will manage a team of approximately 15 manual testers, define and refine testing strategies, enhance overall testing quality, and collaborate closely with development and maintenance teams to deliver service requests and bug fixes within defined SLAs. As the TPA system is a core component for our clients, this role offers a significant opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business and expand your knowledge of health insurance processes.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Develop, document, and implement testing strategies, plans, and standards.
• Perform and oversee thorough manual testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools.
• Ensure all defects are resolved prior to product launch.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of manual testers, providing guidance and support.
• Assign tasks and manage workload distribution among team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Proficient in English, with strong speaking and listening skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing testing strategies for complex projects.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of various testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Manager or equivalent is preferred.
